*Matt arrives, in a nightgown, slippers and a bathrobe, with unbrushed hair and sleep in her eyes. She rubs it away and blinks widely at him.*

*Stepping over the food and toward the coffee pot.*

He sipped at the coffee again, squinting at the cup somewhat. "I'm trying."

Have you ever seen anyone else go off the stuff?

"Off mentas? No, I don't think so. Jet is a lot more popular. It doesn't look pretty when guys get stuck without it."

"Yeah. It helps me think."

"And why wouldn't I?" He grumbled and finished off the coffee. "My head feels heavy and fuzzy without it."

At first. It probably clears after long enough. What's the longest you've been without?

"A few days." He turned and went back to digging through cabinets. "This place has everything. If I keep looking I'll find some."

This place has everything it wants to have, and nothing it doesn't want us to have.

Matt clicked his tounge. "You sound like an expert already. Were you going to help, or just try to convince me to quit?"

*Straightening.*

It's not in here. Where to next?

"Thanks a lot, man." He shruged, and started towards the exit. "Another kitchen, maybe."

*She follows him, still in her pyjamas.*
