[Light looks paler and thinner than the last time you saw him - or is it just a side-effect of the nauseating décor? Having recently been reminded of one of the reasons he hates Mellos so much, he treats you to a smile.]

I'm sure you'll find that place as fascinating as you ever did.

This is based on a TV programme, for very young children. It isn't badly designed, just ... sickly.

*He flashes a small, insincere smile in Light's general direction.*

[So she's back, then. Light ignores you, as if you never came in. He's sitting nearby on the grass, sketching the dome, and doesn't look concerned about you in any way.

When he wants to be, and when nothing intervenes, he's a terrific actor.]

*She's been wanting to talk to Light, if only to assess his current state of mind and possible threat level. She goes over, and sounds casual when she speaks.*

[In the bright sunlight, he looks terribly pale and sick and overdressed. Where he's laying the wireframes of his surroundings down on paper, his wrist pokes from his jacket: not emaciated yet, but well on his way.]
