Since Ritsuka's untimely return she had been feeling down for not telling Lawli the complete truth. So here the ex-detective is. in the kitchen making all kinds of sweet treats from Strawberry shortcake snakes to Tiramisu cakes. She makes more than enough for every L in the mansion

Mello is walking around, just to get out of his room and about. His internal clock is off, and he's slightly hungry, but he doesn't feel like waking Matt just for a bite to drink. So he wanders into the kitchen to search for a blood packet, but the scent of baked goods kind of makes his stomach turn, and he wrinkles his nose is slight dislike. "Is there any particular reason for all the cake?"

"Just to snack on.. other than that no reason at all." Ritsuka says sitting back in one of the chairs. She hadn't seen this one before. "I'm L.." She says swiftly before taking a sip of coffee. "Feel free to take something you like."
