It's hard because I haven't seen your apartment (yet, tee hee) but if it were me, I'd go for the switch with the bigger closet and lower rent. Lower rent for you means you can put $150 more in savings toward a car or spend it on yourself! And I know I have a shit ton of clothes and stuff so the huge closet is appealing to me.
I've never had my own bathroom so maybe that's why it doesnt sound too horrible to lose it.
