Higuchi has been involved with something gravely illegal for his financial benefit, be it for money laundering to human trafficking, I don't care. Soichiro Yagami is on the case, and Light volunteers to help find the culprit and get hard evidence on him. In order to get Soichiro off his tail, he kidnaps Light, ties him down and rapes him on video camera to send to the police. Thing is, he makes sure Light enjoys it as the ultimate humiliation.
