No, this is not like "Loveless" where cat ears and tails are shed naturally by losing your virginity.
I want to see an AU where L is a catboy who had his ears and tail surgically amputated in order to fit in with humans. His fluffy hair and baggy jeans hide the stumps/scars and his crouched posture is natural for his kind.
I want to see L's lover discovering the stumps/scars and bringing out L's behavioral cat side, along with L's intense regret and mourning of his lost appendages.
