OP here - that would help, but some guys are flexible enough to perform oral sex on themselves. In this case, Light would be even higher up and easier for L to reach than if he theoretically tried it on himself.

But you know, there is no real point in trying to explain why and how exactly L is capable of both fucking and sucking Light off. Most of the smex in stories is completely unrealistic anyway, so just suspend the disbelief and somebody please write this one!!!
