Near/Matsuda, dubcon and noncon, psychological stuff. Near directs his creepy ass smile towards Matsuda, adding to the list of why Matsuda doesn't like Near.
The idea here is that Near has been meeting in secret with Matsuda since either right before 1.28 or after Light's death and it's been going on for a while. Tie this in with Matsuda's suspicions about what Near's been doing with the Death Note.
Would like a fucked up Near and Matsuda not being as stupid or idiotic as he's usually portrayed. After all, he became somewhat of a bitter man after Light died and has matured a bit throughout the story.
Matsuda actually acting like a detective and Near having something to hide is part of what I'm going for here.
Adding in that Near enjoys playing around with one of Light's 'toys' would be a great plus too. :D
