I personally think that if the reason of social responsibility be used for not going for GACC, the GACC comm members should unanimously shut the event down based on that very same reason.

I agree, but if they're not going to do it, there's no reason for me to be as reckless as them.

That couple of jobless months of staying at home like a hermit has definitely helped /o/ People here don't wear masks and the problem about the flu here is that it's also winter. Even though we've had the biggest amount of swine flu cases, esp in Melbourne, I'm quite glad that the people around me are taking care of themselves.

Touch wood *touches some wood* even when 3 out of 4 of us has fallen sick, this is one winter I've managed to stay flu-less. My theory? I've been eating a lot of fruits compared to other years. They must be the reason!

Anyway, my 2 cents... Take precautions, eat well, boost your immune system and don't over exert yourself (no, none of that 'masturbation' or 'homosexual sex' crap but drinking alcohol heavily and staying up late) that you will be susceptible to any bloody virus.

yes australia gave up partly because it was getting way out of control, and its not like the Black Death where everyone was dying or anything, so they, i quote, 'let it run its course'.

Okay, will be passing this to my mum for her to read and understand the real situation of H1N1 since she has the tendency to overglorify the media's reporting of H1N1. As she's miffed upon my action to deduce her with a communication theory/tell her that she's overworrying, this MIGHT give her a chance to take a breather or two and stop worrying about my situation since every effing person in UiTM seems to be down with H1N1 either way and I do not want to extend a semester =_=

Btw, this is one of the weekends that I'm actually free too (!). Outing anywhere anyone? Though I'll wear a mask since mum is anal about me being anywhere within the vicinity of hospitals/ Subang Jaya as of late so extra precautions is to be taken if I head out ._.
