...at least as far as Pittsburgh public schools are concerned. They have instituted, and intend to enforce, a policy that sets 50% as the minimum grade that may be given for any test, quiz, or assignment

So, now, not only can no one ever get an A+, but now no one can get an F?

Why don't they get rid of grades all together. Oooh! and tests too. If we have no Test there is no Fail!
