Wow.

Really, thank you a lot for writing this for me. Now that I've read it, I don't mind that it is late at all. It was brilliant. Exactly the thing I wanted. I really am tired of Lucius torturing Draco and being abusive. It's so cliché. This was wonderful.

One thing I didn't understand was how Ron survived for a year without food. That really confused me.

But everything else was wonderful and made perfect sense. I can't thank you enough for writing this. It is one of my favourite stories now =)

And many thanks to downinnewyork of course, for betaing this.

You have no idea how relieved I am that you like it, lol.

And Ron didn't really go an entire year without food; they needed to keep him alive so that they could have him as potential bait for a trap, but they didn't want him strong enough to perform magic, overthrow his guards, etc. so they starved him just enough to weaken him.

Simply knowing that you like the fic completely made my day. :-)

Wow is right. Wow with a few extra.

That was amazingly written, and the dark Lucius and Draco almost bonding seemed so.. just wow. Good job.

This was beautifully written. Lucious Malfoy talking about regrets while he was drugging his son to save him was powerful. I got shivers. And Ron in the dungeons for a year...gives a guy time to think. I like that Hermione was honest with her friends about Draco. It was so sad that they were on separate sides of the fence. I especially liked Hermione's little flashback...
