The recipe's been all over the internet for a few years now, but I hadn't tried Marcella Hazan's tomato sauce recipe yet. It looked too easy and kind of blah, to be honest. But the other day I was home, I had the ingredients, and pasta for dinner sounded good... Basically, this is what it is:

That makes sense, they certainly go very well together. Next time I'll make a larger batch and freeze portions for really, really lazy dinners.
