I like your icons. You have such an interesting variety, and I think the ones you make yourself show you have a great eye for choosing images, and cropping. I especially like the two "World's Finest" animated ones above.
ivorykiss makes the most wonderful Tommy icons, doesn't she? She made this one for me. *points to icon* I am in complete awe of anyone who can make icons. It must bring you joy to visualize an image in your head and then bring it to life!
I like to think that I have a good eye for cropping and adjusting the contrast/brightness and color, but it's hard to say... So many good icon makers out there.
I think the animated ones turned out well, but I hardly know how to use the animated gif program I have. The most I can do is really sort of a slide show animation, but it can work out.
I also did the best friends from Fracture one too... it was a bitch getting rid of that CW logo on kid!lex's jacket, so I thought that turned out pretty well too.
And ivorykiss does make wonderful tommy icons. And I do like it when they turn out well.
The Clark/Martha hug one turned out remarkably well, so I'm glad you liked it.

See, I didn't even realize there was a logo there in the first place. I know some icons take a tremendous amount of work, and it's probably hard to appreciate that if you don't make icons yourself. I like that one a lot, that was a special scene.
I also like the one from The Dresden Files, and I love all the close-up ones of Tom (Apocalypse, Odyssey, Prey). I always think Tom icons made by people who truly like him turn out a little bit better.

Well, I edited the original screen cap from that scene (which had the logo) before I cropped and resized the image to add it to the animation...
I think if you saw the image after I'd edited it before cropping and resizing it, you'd be able to tell...
fotw_sv made the original image I used for the Descent icon, and I know there were huge logo on all of those caps from that episode.
The bastards should keep the bugs (that's tv-speak for the logos, they also call them spiders) off my boy's face!
It's a crime to have even part of his face covered up with the CW logo. It's one reason I buy the iTunes copies. No bugs like in the vids captured off of the aired episode.
