I loved it! Lois' voice was perfect, as well as the Clark/Superman duality. You should definately write more Clois.

Thanks so much... I might give it another try. I had a good time getting her voice down, this was fun to write.

I'm just sorry it took so long. I'm not very fast, but I'll see if I can come up with another idea.

I liked the way Superman and Clark were first contrasted, one so bold and the other shy and nerdy. I loved how in every picture she had, he was smiling, happy with his life. And then, in the end, Lois realized that he wasn't two different people but Clark suppressing parts of himself as needed. That made me feel such sympathy for him.

Even though she referred to Smallville and knowing him from there, I tended to see this Clark as SR Clark. Lois was the Lois we know (and in my case, rarely love). *g* Her voice was excellent as was her attitude--she seems to be shallow, and self-centered, but her heart is in the right place, and deep down, she's a very good person. I have to say, the last ep of SV really put me in a much happier, supportive place so far as Lois goes. She was the Lois that I could see in this story, the type of person wise enough to chose Clark. Now they can both be happy, lovers *and* best friends!

Mind you, the sex was pretty hot too. :)

SR Clark? Really?

LOL!

Well, okay, I hated that film (largely because I hate Lois), but okay...

Glad you liked how hot the sex deep the story was....

Oh, but come on--the way the kid portrayed Clark was *perfect*! Sure the film was made of suck but I loved his Clark. His Superman was...sometimes great. The Lois in the film was no character at all--she was a cardboard cutout. You know my Lois issues, and how they wrote her didn't do anything to make the character likable.

His Clark was definitely better than her Lois, by a far shot.

I've never hated Lois, although I wasn't as in love with Margot Kidder as some online. At least I didn't hate her until I saw that film.

*shudders*

Truly awful.

She was so flat and I didn't buy her as a world-class journalist at all.

However, I have always liked Erica's Lois and I just think she's been poorly served as a character on the show until recently.

I have hopes that next season she will be even better now that fetishizing/objectifying Al/Miles are history...

that was hot as well as sweet. i like how you showed Clark many sides not just a clumsy Clark or superman but as a man who loves his woman with all that he is i think thats why their love is what makes them a legend
