Okay, this is taking so long I feel bad for not posting. I do have quite a bit done after this part, another 2,500 words past this point, but this is as good a place to break an update as any. I'm not sure this is a complete chapter, but this is taking far too long and this part is basically done so here is the first bit of Chapter 32.

I thought you had for some reason... Funny.
Well, I think it's a bit rough still in the beginning but I got better as the story progressed.

I'm relieved it doesn't seem rough. I did go over it before I posted it on LJ, so I think I fixed the worst problems when I did that.
Well, let me know what you think when you finish, I'd be curious....

Well, Lex won't be getting a divorce but the next update is where most of the burning questions that are left will be answered....
*grins*
The questions answered will include the following:
Who is married to Lex?
What happened to Celia after the last time Clark saw her?
Who killed The Man?
Who left the paper for Clark to find in Wyoming?
Who was it that watched Clark in that convenience store in New York?
Why is it that Clark is finally safe?
What happened to Lana and why did the Kents not want to talk about her?
If I forgot any, please let me know...

Sad but true.
However, they will come to an understanding despite the fact that Clark won't really forgive Lex.
Clark will learn to move past his anger toward Lex and they'll both be okay with the way things end up.

I must say, I love how you're characterization of Lex, even if I just want to slap him during bits of this story. Instead of being annoyed at Clark for his repeated escape attempts, he needs to think about why Clark's trying to escape. After having been in a lab for so long, of course he isn't going to like being restrained.
Yet another good installment, D.M. Nice job!

Yeah, Lex is a bit of a pill in this story.
He cares about Clark a great deal and has a lot of guilt over what happened, he's just not real good at showing his feelings effectively.
