Hugs. I am so sorry to hear that you are going through this. All of it. Your health, your marriage... The situation stinks.

Telling you that things are going to get better might sound a little too chirpy-Pollyana right now, but they will and they do. So instead, I'll leave these here and I hope they help you smile a little more:

I am so, so sorry, sweetie, that things are so hard right now. I know full well how much it sucks dealing with any kind of chronic disease. Not having support from someone you loved makes it even harder.

I know we can't magically fix things but it helps just to have someplace you can be honest and talk about things. We're here if you need someone to listen, always.

Thank you! I felt better putting this out here... The divorce has been pending for awhile, I've been saving and waited until I had an exit opportunity, my boss getting approval for me to work remotely so I can go back home and some fairly big bonuses at work in April and July helped so much.

I think the volatility of my home life has made me draw down on my more fannish activities and I realize that I miss it. I'm going to try to be around more...
