it sounds pretty good, but I want to hear more about how he feels about the situation. Since he's older, maybe he might have some fatherly wisdom, and it he doesn't like Sophie, I want to hear it more. Otherwise, good job.
Sophie's bit of "wisdom" is such an obvious, fundamental truth that it doesn't work for me as the climax of the story. How do things change after she points this out? Do the Loewandowskis disseminate this to others? What is the impact on society and science and politics?
