He shrugged a little. "Well, I did hop a flight back to Star City pretty soon after," he teased. Then he shook his head. "If I hadn't known how wrapped up in Lana he was, I would've thought the two of you were together."

Smiling slightly she shrugged, "Clark is protective, I would criticize him if I wasn't too."

"I guess when you're on life threatening situations every other week, you tend to take every little thing a little more seriously?"
