Waiting for things to get easier

Glad teaching is going well. Glad Josh's doing well. Sorry to hear about your Grandmother though. Waiting games suck. All that stress of what it might be on top of everything else you're already dealing with! Good luck with it all!

I am so excited for you and your teaching! Sounds like it is going really well, even though you were totally screwed out of prep time. Maybe you're considering a career shift? Hehe... just a thought!

Regarding your grandma, they are going to wait a few weeks to do the scan? What the heck? I mean, if they suspect cancer in the lungs, shouldn't they do a scan ASAP? Or do they just like to make people wait and suffer? Besides, who wants a scan like that done around Thanksgiving? Am really sorry to hear it.... hope she gets better.

Career shift...maybe. Still have tons of time to figure out what I want to be when I grow up :)

I would think you would do the scan ASAP, but what do I know? I don't have that advanced medical degee. Grrr. Stupid doctors. My mom thinks they will do the scan right before the holiday so they can wait until after it to tell her the results. Personally I just wish they'd stop screwing around.
