Fried Chicken and Waffles

So every tuesday I get together with my game buddies and we have a potluck dinner with beer and exalted. So last week we got on the subject of fried chicken and waffles, and without the gas money to drive to LA we decided to make our own. I was in charge of the waffles, which as a die-hard fan of waffles I have some wicked recipes in my arsenal. SO

Wow... that's two times in less than a week someone's told me about Fried Chicken & Waffles... I think the universe is telling me to try this delicacy....

Just be careful, and whatever you do, DO NOT eat peanut butter on your waffle as desert after your chicken waffle, it will mess you all kinds of up.
Oh and use bone-in breasts and thighs, everything else kind of takes too much time to break apart, if you're making it yourself.

don't make me yack. about as light as we get is a Lager. We drink beer not water.

that said if the're going to manufacure a light beer, I suppose someone would have to drink it. You can have my share. ;)
