Back Pain

For the last three months, I've had mild back pain, which turned to severe pain around thanksgiving. The wednesday after, I couldn't even support myself standing. After a strict diet of narcotics, the pain has subsided some, but not completely. That's sucks. Hope you don't have to do the surgery option.

Having experienced the joys of agonizing back pain, I know that it can be really draining... There are days when I thought I would never get better, that the rest of my life would be ruined.

But I was wrong, so don't give in to despondency. There are all kinds of options. For example, my mother was told her back pain was incurable, but acupuncture helped her. Get better soon.

Oh ow. I hope you recover quickly, whatever the treatment.

Herniated disk. Is that something a chiropractor could help, I wonder?
