I just made a proper dinner for me and Mark. From scratch. Normally I make korma with a ready made sauce (I can cook rice, randomly) but tonight I made a white sauce with onions and smoked bacon (and a little bit of soft cheese with herbs) and chicken, with some potatoes (ok, they came from a tin, but only cause I needed something quick to make).
