Death Note is tonight at the Century 16 @ 7:30pm! I hope to see some of my friends there! I am taking Heather and Matt to see it and I hope they enjoy it because (I believe) this movie is an introduction to the series so you don't need to have watched the anime and/or read the manga to understand it ( Read more... )

Is Age of Conan still a closed beta? I've been hearing a lot of good things about it, I was just wondering when I might get to try it.

No it went live for retail customers today (5/21).

I doubt I'll really get into because I'm still doing the WoW thing, but it looks like a sweet MMO.

I was looking around for a way to try the trial, but you can only get it if someone who bought the game invites you. I don't know anyone who bought it. So I guess I've got a while till I get to try it.

Oh well... I just want a new mmo, not that I'll be able to play it until after our convention. x.x

i watched Death Note and it was quite interesting. i didn't hear of it before i watched it either. i liked it. the one i saw was 2 movie-long episodes?

I like the live-action Death Note quite a bit. The second half is weaker overall than the first, but to be entirely honest I found the ending to be far superior than that of the manga/anime.

Of course, I also habitually possess the most unpopular opinions possible in the worlds of anime and video games, so take that with a grain of salt.
