Let me share the best piece of advice I received (and unfortunately ignored): Ask a friend to be the onsite coordinator. If this is going to be a big job consider paying somebody. Don't make the mistake I made and think that since the wedding is small, simple, and well planned out you don't need a coordinator. Even if all they do is make sure your guests get a beverage while they are waiting for you to come out of your dressing room, that's already a huge thing. You don't want to have to think about anything at all once the big day comes.
