So this thing happened on Saturday night that sorta scared the crap out of me. During my show, Davey decided to call me up to the lounge because he had to 'talk' to me about something. I got up there and he started into this tirade about the Anita Blake books, just saying really nasty things about them, the world, the character, etc and so forth ( Read more... )

Well, technically it's real life comes first, but in this case, I think Davey comes first. Lol. That sounds so dirty. =) But don't worry! I'm thinking it was bound to happen anyway, but things are starting to get better. I just have to work on some things, so... yeah.

Oh god, I'm sorry! D= I meant to make a post announcing my hiatus, but I never managed to get around to it.

And no worries, we totally are. I think I'm going to take a tip from Damien on some things, he seems to have a better mindset about some of this relationship stuff than I do. I actually want to pop out to the bookstore in a bit to go pick something up for him. (Just in case he reads this, I'm not going to say what it is yet, lol.)

By the way, I started reading that burnt offerings book, if you noticed it missing. I... totally don't get half the shit they're talking about, and the writing is super weird, but I like Warrick. He's fucking COOL. AND THERE'S A VAMPIRE WITH MY NAME, SWEEEETNESS!

Yeah, so I finished the book last night after I dropped Dorian off. It was okay. Could've been better written, but Warrick was an AMAZING character. I mean, even though I don't exactly follow religious views, I love how he was so convinced about his own redemption. And Yvette? Fucking SCARY, man. (Was he only in that book?)
