northanger abby and persuasion are pretty funny, you would probably enjoy them. the husband knows i'm pms-ing when i poke my head over a jane austen book and tell him to piss off. i read them a lot.

I absolutely loved Wuthering Heights.

I'm going to have another go at it. I stopped because I made the mistake of reading the intro, in which the ending was given away. It's the reason I don't read intro's anymore until I've finished the book.

The problem with that is some intros are really a sneaky beginning to the book. And you don't know which one is which until you've read it.
