Phases 1 and 2 of the Turtle Cake are complete! For those watching at home, I have been asked to make a groom's cake for my dear friends Turtle and Jenn's wedding this Saturday. use a straw? or get some small spray bottles....

I think I'm going to try a really soft dry-brush technique, since it's all mottled.. wish me luck!
