:) I'm glad you approve. I'm really excited, too. Both to be eating it AND cooking it. :)

What of this can I help with? Is the "Veggie Roast" mine? I can definitely bring the Tofurky gravy.
We can bring our two french presses, if that helps with coffee.
I will probably also bring a green salad.
As for the carpaccio - I might eat a bite or two if it's tuna, but I don't want to completely alter the menu if everyone else wants beef.
XOXOX

Yes, I need direction on the veggie roast - or a recipe would be fine too! I am happy to cook it, I just want to make sure it's something that you'd like. It would be awesome if you brought your gravy - I know you love it. :)

I'll let you know if I can't find a reasonable coffee maker.. french press seems like a good alternative. We could always brew it ahead of time and then reheat it gently when it's time to serve.

I'll see how the tuna looks this time of year, and if it works, then we'll have both! I think I'll do beef just for the experience of it - but I can use the sauce on both.

Rock! I'm getting really excited. :)

I know, I can't wait! I only make them a couple times a year - so it's always really great to chow down. :)
