I didn't do a lot of reading yesterday. Though the two things I *did* read were pretty darn long. Mostly, I was messing around with the IE browser and trying to work out wiring schematics in my head for the DSL connection. Which *will* get set up this weekend. Except I'm gonna have to move some furniture. Nothing big, and it's on wheels, but

I've never read anything by this author before and, if it's all this good, then what I want to know is why haven't I read her before?!?
Oh yes, this lady is good. She can really write. One of the writers I'll read non-Spike/Xander for just because she wrote it. *highly recommended* ;-)

I'm going quietly (well maybe not so quietly) insane.
I'll keep trying though. :)

I remember Squidge being out completely for a while after those nasty record-breaking storms a few weeks ago. When 852 Prospect came back up, I just figured it was all okay again. Silly me, I should know better.
I tried using the regular Search to look for newest fic and got stuff *that* way.
I hadn't noticed the DSA problem though. I go over there less often and they don't usually have as large an influx of new fic as 852 Prospect does, so it didn't register. I'll have to get back over there and see what I'm missing. Alternate searching methods ahoy!
Your icon is ... disturbing. It disturbs me greatly. *snicker*

Thanks for recommending 'Perdition' (which is currently stuck but will be updated eventually, I promise).
As for the rest of my stuff, well, let's just say I've improved since I started writing two years ago. ;-)
Also, I experiment a lot and not everything I try works.
Anyway, I'm glad you like 'Perdition.'

And you're very welcome for the rec. As you can tell if you've read here, if I don't like something, I do (in my own wishywashy way) let the reader know. I'm getting braver with it too. Even though it's scary sometimes, what with the readership of this journal growing.
I'm gonna go back to your web site soon and read some more. I'm not in a Buffy-verse mood right now, though. That'll change, it always does....
Do keep writing, eh?
