if you want people to help you figure out who you want to be when you grow up have you ever thought about hiring a life coach? They can also help you with the declutter, with accountability sorts of things. I'm about to start coaching grad school (certification) and while I'm not taking a ton of pro bono cases, I might be able to help you find someone who will coach you for free or very low cost, over the phone. Let me know if you are interested.
