I go with "I'm not religious" these days. The conversations get exhausting otherwise.

I'd probably respond with "Does it matter?". But more and more these days I'm becoming more brave to say Atheist. :) It actually feels really good.

for some time I've thought about just keeping it private; as I'm getting older I figure there's no real reason to keep it hidden anymore... anyone gets cranky on it, it's their prob. :)
