Got back yesterday from a four-day trip to NYC. You’re supposed to be rested after a vacation, right? Before I left, I got back the results from the last blood test. My insulin level is down from 35 to 7 (3-19 is normal, my doc says I should be at 5), which leads me to believe that I must have eaten something sugary before taking the last test. ( Read more... )
