my friend machete is in love with bloody films. she has a whole room in her house dedicated to it

This is going to sound totally weird, but I hate gore! It's just... I expected the blood to be more realist considering how popular they KNEW the movie was going to be.

no, thats cool. i think maybe tim burton made the blood unrealistic on purpose, especially since he knew so many people would see it. i liked the unrealisticness of it actually. it was amusing

Loved Sweeney Todd....I love that there is no happy ending. Made me happy, for some strange reason.

Looking forward to seeing Juno. I can't believe I haven't gotten around to it yet.

yeah, it really doesnt have a happy ending at all. but if it did it really would not have gone well with the rest of the dark film

Juno hasn't been released over here yet but I can't WAIT to see it! It looks great =)

I loved Sweeney Todd, I'm pretty much in love with every single actor in that film <3 The only thing about it was that the songs weren't really that memorable, I've pretty much forgotten them already =/

Normally I wouldn't be able to handle so much gore in a film but because it was Burton he made his typical unrealistic blood like in Sleepy Hollow, just how I like it =)

i liked the unrealistic blood as well, and i agree, the songs were not nearly as memorable as some musicals, but yeah, it was still cool.

i actually havent seen sleepy hollow yet for whatever reason, so when i said it was bloodier than most tim burton films, i guess i wasn't giving a full educated review there... is sleepy hollow as bloody?
