Of course the Johari window is one-dimensional and geared toward ego-stroking. Who the hell wants constructive criticism or theraputic value from a semi-anonymous livejournal meme? I am a fan of ego-strokes, provided that they are honest ones. They're inspirational and rejuvenating. I'm a fan of criticism, too, but I prefer to get it one-on-one
