LMFAO! Oh that was great!! It was totally not what I expected, but you had me laughing SO hard, especially towards the end.

As a minor note-- I broke my coccyx once when I was about 12. NOT FUN. Broke mah butt and still have the crack! =P

Yeah apparently I can't write schoomp it turns to humor...it's kinda sad. I'm so sorry about your coccyx! Apparently my story is bringing injury flashbacks to you and my sister (who commented below) but I am glad you like it!

LOL! loved it! I love the way that they are all in character.

And a twice broken coccyx woman here - once when I was 8 and the second time was April this year! It REALLY hurts when it happens!!

I was a big fan of the original cartoon but I haven't seen any newer cartoons or the film (I stopped watching it when scrappy doo turned up!). I think the story is very in keeping with the original although I'm guessing you used a newer version as Shaggy's parents never came into the original and it sounds as though they fit in really well.

Very cute story. I really liked how Shaggy's parents reacted ("they're just relieved that I'm interested in girls at all!"). XD

You did a great job of keeping everyone in character and getting their "voices" down. That said, even though I liked the latest live-action Scooby movies, the characterization and the way the characters speak still take a little getting used to. I kept imagining the traditional cartoon versions of the characters the first time I tried to read this fic and the disconnect was a little jarring. LOL

Thank you so much. For me its never been easy to write the cartoon world because its seem a bit...purer? (Until recently but I'm not complaining)

and Sorry to jar you with the way they talk. I also write a lot of Power Rangers mostly seasons where the most said word was "DUDE" so sometimes it slips but since they are Ohio kids in the CN movies, its easier to know how they should talk.
