I'm always a sucker for some good viral marketing (it is part of my job after all)

A new one popped up lately that is very good. Actually vnsplshr posted the video last week thinking it was just a cool video.

Here is the video, it's been viewed over 4 million times and has more then 6000 diggs:

That's great. I had not realized that Timur did Wanted. I have only seen Night Watch and Day Watch, but loved both of them.

If it gets people talking about your brand (product, movie, whatever) then it's marketing.

In this case it may have been too subtle though.

I just looked at Timur's LJ, he has a bunch of links to press that he's (and the movie) has received because the videos, so I would say it work.

I saw this the other day. I swear someone is having fun putting some stupid shit in the water to make people just snap over a desk full of papers being knocked over. Sheesh!!!
