As I said a little while back, I had my old boiler replaced with a high efficiency forced-air furnace and A/C, and my traditional (tank) gas water heater replaced with a tankless gas water heater

I am actually finishing things lately. I got annoyed when the ex made a crack about my prior tendency (okay, I still have it if I don't pay attention) to not finish projects so it's now personal. :)
Tell you what, I'll come out when I'm finished.

Seriously, though. I just finished mowing the lawn - first time in the new house. The worst part (and it wasn't bad) was rolling the mower down the slope to mow that little strip in front of the street.
That stuff needs some ground cover and mulch. I do NOT want to play mower-pull every couple of weeks!
But the yard looks nice, and my scooter battery's charging up so I can put around this afternoon/evening.
