Book 10, the final book of my Pride and Prejudice series, is 83,000 words and counting. I think I'm about halfway through. I've decided it into 3 sections, but section 1 is by far the longest, and I'm mostly through that (I hope). Brutal going. It's hard to end a series, especially with such a large cast that you feel compelled to do justice to. ( Read more... )

It's the publisher's fault, but it will take FOREVER for them to get around to telling Amazon to fix that, and then FOREVER for Amazon to actually fix it. I mean, originally they had the title around and it took two rounds and 3 months of comments from me for them to agree to fix it.
