James had his own place in Adventureland, and as a result, spent quite a bit of his time there. When he noticed Jo, he was just getting ready to take off on his magical broom stick for a quick flight around the park. He stopped midkick-off when he saw her, and as he had never seen her before, he waved a hand and called out to her.

"Hey!"

Jo turned her head and smiled at the guy waving at her. She was determined to be friendly until she decided if she was in danger or not.

"Hi!"

James got off his broom, and walked up to her. "James Potter," he said, holding out his hand. "I don't believe we've met."
