Beaufort's attempt at a discussion with Franziska had not gone as well as he expected, and it was definately troubling him. This could have just been because he was thinking 'Nazinazinazi' the whole way through the discussion and she didn't seem to be doing much to prove otherwise. Mr Adams,

I must thank you for providing a greater sense of perspective, as I was dreadfully afraid I had no real grounds to worry to such an extent. However, you make a very good point which eases my mind a great deal, as it would be rather impossible. This, all of this, is very good to know, and has greatly quelled my worry that she would find it possible to establish a one-woman dictatorship or something similar, which is what I thought she was implying, but that was my particular time period coming through.
