I really, really loved PMT. I'm having a serious craving for stitches fic and that hit the spot nicely. I thought it was totally believable and I pictured the scene very nicely. I like the fact Sam left Dean to his devices for a while, but it was evident that he was getting no where, fast. Really well done.
