I thought it might be time to give this story an airing.  I wrote it during season 6, and it is, without a doubt, the darkest thing I've ever written.

What I would say is that because I wrote this story so long ago, as I'm posting it here, I'm actually revisiting it with a fresh pair of eyes and making a few tweaks and (hopefully) improvements. So, if you read it at the FF.net posting, you won't see those, but I hope you'd still enjoy it anyway!!!
