Oh bugger, thank you for reminding me!
There was a footnote on the original chapter on AO3 which I forgot to copy across - Sam and Bobby named Jimmy after Jimmy Page, one of Dean's favourite musicians from Led Zepellin!

I've now added the footnote back in :D
