I think I know what it is, but I don't want to spoil the other readers with my guessing, so I'll wait till tomorrow and maybe do a little victory dance if I'm right. :)

For some reason, the image of a vulnerable Dean, completely naked under a thin blanket, is stuck in my brain. Can't imagine why that appeals to me. ;)
