I been shopping at govcomputersales.com. They're the only ones that will ship to Barrow without being paid my firstborn. I think they're affiliated with Dell somehow, but they have montthly specials and decent prices.

Personally I would recommend a dell laptop (Specifically one of the Inspiron 9300 model). You can find some awesome coupons at http://dealnews.com/ for many different laptops but keep a eye out for the dell ones they can be really awesome (30~50% off / $400 ~$600 off ( ... )
