If you like the thought of being able to keep LJ as something to keep in touch with friends, but not dealing with problem people, I recently found out that you can ban people from commenting in your jounal, not to mention friends filters. I'd hate to see you quit because of things that people have said. Either way, *hughug*

dearest meghan, someone very dear to mi heart has been totally screwed over bi the lj stuff, actually more than lj - that just spreads it. it seems 2 me that lj can just be a way to hurt people, why would someone want 2 do that? keep a secret diary, even "friends only" can screw u!
