Cut and Burn

I've had my pretty firesteel knife for a few months now... and I'm still yet to pick a name for her. I know it's a she, but I still haven't figured out a good name for her. I am inclined towards a goddess involving Fire or a feminine name that means fire in some way, but I have no been able to find something that I like the sound of. Anyone have ( Read more... )

Tiamat is a primeval monster/goddess in Babylonian and Sumerian mythology. she was "the "shining" goddess of salt water who roared and smote in the chaos of original creation. She and Apsu filled the cosmic abyss with the primeval waters." not fire. but still awesome.

Pele, Hawaiian goddess of fire and lava. Chantico is the Aztec equivalent. alternatively, Stata Mater protected against fires.
