Given the context that's what I thought too, but it didn't sound like "driver" test at all. I didn't know if it was a slang or not.

To-do list:
1. Re-learn to drive stick shift car.
2. Get added to my dad's insurance policy.
3. Stalk ragavin.

Okay, the third one would be considered bad form. But it means that ~if~ you want to hang out again, you don't have to come all the way out here to get me. ^_^

Well, considering that stalking you would scare you away so you'll never be my friend ever again, and take up a lot of time and effort on my part, you can be sure that I will not stalk you.

But yeah, seriously. The insurance thing will probably get delt with tomorrow... and the stick driving thingie, so I can drive my cute little blue Bug, will probably happen soonish. ^_^ Then I should be getting my actual license card thingie in the mail soonish, so if you see me after I have it, you can ask to see my craptastic picture.
