Thanks. A super-cool road trip here would be to start in LA and ride the PCH up the coast to SF. And then, from SF, cut through Yosemite via Sonora or Tioga Pass and then ride the 395 down the eastern side of the Sierras. You'd pretty much see the whole gamut of what CA has to offer, and the views would be jaw-dropping.

I've taken the 5 between here and LA several dozen times. It's pretty much the most unscenic road in CA, but it does have the advantage of having a virtual 90 mph speed limit.

Great pictures!! Isn't spring skiing great?? Snowbird has gotten like 20" in the last 2 days here. They are still open this weekend. Fairly unusual to have fresh snow for Memorial day, but I'm sure many will take advantage of it.
