Jennifer was killed by an indie rock band who wanted to be famous in a virgin sacrifice made to THE DEVIL!!!, but because she was not actually a virgin by any stretch of the imagination, she turned into a cannibalistic demon thing who eats boys instead. This may or may not be due to demonic transference. I don't know; I don't think canon knows.
Mitsuru has a Persona, if that pings at all. Nothing else, though.

Dean - is descended from Cain and Abel annnd was touched by an angel (lol) and he's Michael's vessel and destined to destroy Lucifer! WHAT FUN.

Tokage - is cursed to live forever by a pissed-off God.
Haruka -... doesn't really count but there was one fun part in the manga where a catholic priest mistook him as Lucifer and tried to "awaken" him.
